Course access, refunds & support
Effective September 14, 2026. Contact Taqwa Institute at tquranarabic@gmail.com or 720-466-0722.
Arabic 180 lifetime access
Your enrollment is one payment, with no recurring subscription charge. Lifetime access belongs to the enrolled student and includes the purchased Arabic 180 course’s 180 lessons, included worksheets, tests and exams, saved course progress, and the course’s feedback and teacher-review features. You may return to lessons and repeat practice at your own pace; there is no requirement to finish in 180 days.
There is no scheduled expiration or renewal fee for your purchased course. “Lifetime” does not mean 180 days, and later price increases do not create additional charges for enrolled students. Accounts are individual and may not be shared or resold. Future separate courses and private tutoring are not included unless specifically stated at purchase.
Feedback may be provided by teachers or supported by AI. We do not promise unlimited or instant AI requests, access to a particular AI provider, or private tutoring. Reasonable safeguards may queue repeated requests to protect access for all students. Students under 18 receive teacher assessment. You may request a teacher review of a score without an additional fee.
Service interruptions may occur. If Taqwa permanently discontinues delivery of the purchased course, we will contact enrolled students and offer a practical continuation or export option where possible and an appropriate remedy where required. These terms do not remove promises made when you enrolled or any legal rights.
Refunds
You may request a full refund of an Arabic 180 enrollment payment within 14 calendar days of purchase, including if you have opened lessons. Use Support & privacy or email us from the purchaser’s email address with the course name and payment reference. Do not send card numbers. Duplicate or incorrect charges and statutory consumer rights are handled separately and are not limited by this window.
We aim to acknowledge your request within 2 business days and decide a standard refund request within 5 business days after verifying the purchase. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing adds time. A full refund ends the paid course entitlement. Your records are not automatically erased by a refund; deletion is a separate privacy request. Madrasah billing questions should be directed to the institute; Arabic 180’s refund window does not create a new Madrasah fee.
Response times and teacher review
We aim to reply to support requests within 2 business days and complete teacher reviews within 5 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding institute closure days, in America/Denver time. These are service targets, not a promise of immediate availability. If a case needs more time, we will explain the next step and expected timing in your request.
Use “Request teacher review” beside submitted work, explain the item or correction you want checked, and track the reply in Support & privacy. Your existing grade remains visible while the request is open. A teacher can explain the grade or correct it in the gradebook. Requesting review does not itself lower your grade.
Privacy and learning expectations
Parents or legal guardians approve enrollment for students under 18. See the privacy and retention notice. Arabic 180 provides structured practice; learning outcomes depend on practice, starting level, and participation. Written grades alone do not certify speaking fluency.
